David Hartley
Director, Advice Licensee | Relationships Manager
David is the Licensee and Relationships Manager at AMA (WA) and continues to practice as a qualified financial adviser.
David is well known for his ability to maintain and establish strong ongoing relationships with his clients and is motivated to help each and every one of his clients create, maintain and protect their wealth. In order to do this, David formed Hartley Financial in order to provide a holistic finance service to his clients.
David holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, a Diploma of Financial Services/ Mortgage Broking and has successfully completed The Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA) exam. David is a member of the Association of Independently Owned Financial Professionals (AIOFP) and Mortgage and Financial Association of Australia (MFAA).
Jody Colless-Bird
Lending Specialist
Jody joined Hartley Financial after 34 years working with ANZ, 32 of which were in the Lending field.
Jody has previously worked as a Home & Investment Lending Manager and Lending Support Manager where she developed a strong knowledge of all aspects of Home Lending. During this time, Jody has been assisting clients with their Business and Personal needs and finding suitable lending solutions to meet their financial objectives.
Jody holds a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Andrew Carter
Lending Specialist
Andrew is a Lending specialist in our NSW team. Andrew has extensive experience in the industry and is joining us from his most recent role in a business development manager role for a major Australian bank.
Andrew is committed to ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service before, during and after their finance needs are met. Andrew’s aim is to ease his client’s financial burden and find a personalised solution that works best for them & their family, now and into the future.
Andrew holds a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and is a member of The Finance Brokers Association of Australia Limited (FBAA).

Angela Liacopoulos
Lending Specialist
Angela is valued member of our Melbourne Lending team. Her previous experience as a lending officer with CBA, assessment officer with Homeside Lending, led her into a broker role. Angela enjoys meeting clients, discussing their needs and finding a suitable solution. She is honest, hardworking, and committed to helping clients reach their financial goals.
Working with a wide selection of lenders, Angela resolves any issues at the point of enquiry to ensure a seamless and speedy application process. With a family of her own, Angela also understands the challenges faced by a rising cost of living.
